Comman 201, Engine 252, Tanker 253, Brush 254 and Medic 258 with 20 personnel responded to a structure fire at 1034 Town Springs Rd.  Upon arrival, found a two-story residential dwelling fully involved and on the ground.  Extinguished, protected adjacent motor home and investigated.  Adwolfe Fire Department also called for tanker assistance.  Call cleared 01:47.
