On APRIL 3, 2010, Chilhowie Fire Department is offering a seminar titled Essential Care of the Trauma Victim. This interactive course will be moderated by Dr. Wayne Reynolds. Dr. Reynolds is the current medical director for the Town of Chilhowie Fire Department.
